Eden Edwards (“Artist”) owns the copyright to all of her artwork, whether commissioned, graphic, digital, handmade, or otherwise. Purchase of the artwork does not transfer copyright ownership to the Purchaser. Copyright laws protect artists and their artwork. Artwork may be viewed by buyers and potential buyers. However, reproduction or downloading of any of the artwork on this website for commercial use, whether watermarked or not, is not permitted without first obtaining permission and a license from Artist.

Copyright law allows “fair use” of artwork for educational purposes provided that no changes are made to the content and a copyright notice attesting to Artist’s ownership is attached. Also, under Copyright law, it is permissible to use limited portions of a work including quotes, for purposes such as commentary, criticism, news reporting, and scholarly reports.

Artist reserves the right to refuse any and all commissioned orders that are illegal and/or immoral. If the commissioned order would violate a third party’s copyright, trademark, or other legal rights, it will be deemed illegal. Immoral includes, but is not limited to, pornographic or racist content. Artist further reserves the right to refuse any and all commissioned orders that are political. Creating original artwork takes time. Any approximate completion date for commissioned artwork and/or revision is only an estimate.
